Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-Order Overview
By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and agree that the item(s) you are purchasing are not yet in stock and will be produced upon order. This means that your purchase secures your place in line for the upcoming manufacturing batch.

2. Production Timeline
Please note that the manufacturing process will begin approximately 1–2 months after the pre-order period closes. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on material availability, production capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery
After the manufacturing process begins, we will provide updates on production progress and estimated shipping dates. Delivery times will depend on your location and chosen shipping method once the item is ready to ship.

4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This payment confirms your order and helps us begin the manufacturing process. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where production is canceled by us (see Section 6).

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed, as production planning and materials are allocated based on total pre-order quantities.

6. Production Delays or Cancellations
While we make every effort to meet the estimated timelines, delays can occur. If production is significantly delayed or canceled, customers will be notified and offered either a new estimated timeline or a full refund.

7. Agreement
By submitting your pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You understand that this is a pre-order, not an immediately available product, and that fulfillment will occur only after the stated production period.
